- Employee Benefits Summary / New Hire Packet
| All new employees will recieve customized enrollment forms, as well as an easy to follow summary of their benefit options. Customized change/termination forms are also available. After completion by the employer, these forms are submitted to our office for review and copied for delivery to the insurance company. |

- COBRA/State Continuation Services
| Should an employee be terminated we will provide immediate assistance with all COBRA related issues. To ensure compliance, simply notify us of the termination and we will prepare a customized, signature ready form that you may forward to an exiting employee/dependent. |

| A reimbursement program often allows a client to maintain the integrity of their benefits package, while significantly lowering costs. When reducing insurance premiums is a priority, we'll do everything we can to help facilitate the process. |

| Prior to your groups open enrollment we will notify you, at which time employee may add/delete dependents and change levels of coverage. |

- Other Consulting Services
| We provide employee claims assistance for all issues involving your coverage. For questions and answers regarding coverage, we provide an (800) telephone number for you and your employees. |
| For other "Human Resource" issues that may surface on a daily basis, consulting services are always available to you at no additional charge. Examples may include, but are not limited to, retirement options(TRS + IMRF), conversion, continuation portability issues, and coordination of benefits. |
| As with all of our services, we will work closely with the current insurance coordinator to ensure the highest level of service and painless accessibility to benefits. |
