Annual Market Analysis
To bring you the very best in service and affordable coverage, we will quote and summarize your plan on an annual basis. Prior to each renewal period, we will update and verify the census information for your company and request a quote from all applicable insurance carriers on your behalf. Upon completion, we will compile a benefit/ cost analysis for your view and personally meet with your group to evaluate available options.
Enrollment/Disenrollment Services
Keeping employees educated about their coverage is important to us. That’s why we’re happy to assist with enrollment and answer questions when changing insurance companies, or when a new employees satisfy their probationary period. And because completing a proper waiver is just as critical as completing an enrollment, we will work with you to complete all appropriate paperwork. In relieving your staff your staff of these duties, it eliminates a significant burden of liability from your company.
Employee Benefits Summary / New
Hire Packet
All new employees will receive customized enrollment forms, as well as an easy to follow summary of their benefit options. Customized change/termination forms are also available. After completion by the employer, these forms are submitted to our office for review and copied for delivery to the insurance company.
Employee Onsite Consulting
In keeping with our you-first philosophy, every client has access to complimentary onsite consulting, simply put, if you need us were there.
COBRA/State Continuation
Services
Should an employee be terminated we will provide immediate assistance with all COBRA related issues. To ensure compliance, simply notify us of the termination and we will prepare a customized, signature ready form that you may forward to an exiting employee/dependent.
Partial Reimbursement Administrative Services
A reimbursement program often allows a client to maintain the integrity of their benefits package, while significantly lowering costs. When reducing insurance premiums is a priority, we'll do everything we can to help facilitate the process.
